Devil's Impact

Using fire magic swordsman ignites target. While target is fighting with swordsman's flames he charges his sword with fire energy and strikes his target releasing some energy in the process.
Deals damage depends on distance(lower - better) and leaves a trail of flames that deals 15/30/45 damage per second.
