ok, model is now fixed, but i want the cast animation to be the same as this

when hu tao is casting her Q/Burst Skill but in-game she uses any spell animation, i want it like this

Use this script in trigger editor instead of WE model editor

call SetUnitAnimationByIndex(udg_"unit variable", "insert the number you want in here"(1)) (Ex: call SetUnitAnimationByIndex (udg_Hu_Tao, 5).

You can check more details on Hive, they explained very detail on how to use "call SetUnitAnimationByIndex".

(1): The number you can track down by using Mdlvis, first download Mdlvis and then open the model to track down the animation you want. (Check WC3 tutorials, he can explain it to you because I'm quite bad at explaining).
